Job summary

The Children’s Home Society of New Jersey is seeking an Associate Program Administrator of Community Based Doulas to support the Program Administrator in coordinating, implementing, training, and evaluating doula services for prenatal, birth, and postnatal care in Trenton.

This full-time role requires maternal-child health experience, strong communication and data-management skills, and the ability to supervise doulas and engage with healthcare partners to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Maternal-child health experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and database experience for record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of doula services.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Supervise assigned portion of doulas and contractors statewide.
• Process HR and Finance paperwork for doulas on staff.
• Coordinate referrals and match clients with doulas based on needs.
• Provide non-medical guidance to doulas and clients.
• Monitor caseloads, timelines, and service delivery.
