Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Restaurant Visionary to lead a single-location operation with full accountability for financial performance, guest experience, and strategic execution. You will drive excellence across FOH/BOH, build a high-performing team, and champion operational standards aligned with brand goals.

You will shape long-term plans, pursue growth opportunities, and partner with marketing and community initiatives to boost brand loyalty while maintaining compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR and in pizza/delivery.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Financial acumen with P&L oversight and cost control.
• Customer service excellence and guest relationship management.
• Ownership mindset with proactive problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to develop and motivate a diverse team to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship: full accountability for the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting and sales growth.
• Operational excellence: oversee FOH and BOH for quality, safety, and processes.
• Team leadership: mentor and develop a high-performing team and positive work culture.
• Guest experience ownership: ensure exceptional guest experiences and address feedback.
• Strategic planning: contribute to long-term growth plans and market analysis.
• Problem-solving & decision making: identify issues and make informed, business-minded choices.
