• Prepare shift reports and control labor and assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant to achieve positive sales growth and meet company goals in all profit and loss areas.
• Run the operation during shifts with staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, quality, and cleanliness.
• Provide consistent feedback to employees and enforce IHOP uniform standards.
• Conduct line checks to ensure proper food specs, weights, temperatures, and organization.
• Staff adequately for all periods to maximize guest satisfaction and sales.
