Proven success in the Technical Recruiter chair, having achieved top industry milestones (President’s Club, Million Dollar Club or similar).

High sense of urgency and strong work ethic.
Self-sufficient and takes initiative.
Willingness to learn and be challenged.
Team-oriented mentality.
Results-driven individual who wants to be successful.

Responsibilities

Source through qualified resumes to ensure candidates' skill sets are properly aligned.
Vet candidates to ensure they are proper fits for hiring needs.
Attend industry networking events and technology meetups to develop professionally.
Document conversations and activity within Applicant Tracking System.
Exceed expectations to achieve promotion towards career path options.
Create long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
Run the full life cycle recruiting process.
Aid in the mentorship and growth of other Technical Recruiters.

Requirements:

2+ years of work experience as a Technical Recruiter within the Information Technology industry
Proven success in the Technical Recruiter chair, having achieved top industry milestones (President’s Club, Million Dollar Club or similar) at a minimum of one time
Great verbal and written communication skills
A "glass half-full" mentality
Positive outlook and attitude in life
High sense of urgency and strong work ethic
