O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist who will service professional customers at the installer counter and oversee delivery staff to ensure accurate, timely orders. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply.

The role involves coordinating with sales teams, verifying orders, and assisting with backroom duties while maintaining vehicle service and inspection standards.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, direct parts to delivery, and route delivery staff for timely deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Ensure vehicle inspections are completed on time and daily mileages entered into fleet systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers.
• Verify that all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave.
• Ensure returns are picked up and credited promptly for cores and warranties.
• Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and proper tagging/labeling.
• Assist at front and retail counters as needed and help with backroom duties.
• Assist with customer labor claims to process quickly and efficiently.
