Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers at the installer counter and to oversee daily delivery activities. The role includes coordinating with the delivery team to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and maintaining vehicle inspections.

Qualifications include a strong mechanics background and excellent communication; ASE certification and Spanish language ability are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take customer orders by phone and online, invoice orders, pick and stage parts for delivery.
• Direct delivery specialists to ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee vehicle inspections and daily mileage tracking in fleet systems.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Help with backroom duties such as returns and stock.
• Support with customer labor claims and process them efficiently.
