Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist who supports professional customers at the installer counter. The role guides daily activity of the delivery team to ensure accurate, timely order deliveries and superior service.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include taking orders by phone/online, invoicing, directing delivery staff, maintaining delivery vehicles, and processing warranties and returns promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, and direct delivery staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and meet company standards.
• Verify vehicle inspections and record daily mileages in fleet devices.
• Coordinate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure all parts are billed and returns are processed promptly.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom duties such as stock, returns, and auto-loads.
