Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take and invoice orders by phone and online; direct parts to delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and inspected per standards.
• Coordinate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers to deliver superior service.
• Verify all billed parts, including cores and warranties, before checkout.
• Assist on front and retail counters; support backroom and stock duties.
