Sage Haus seeks a House Manager & Family Assistant in Menlo Park, CA. Part-time role (15-20 hrs/wk) with potential for 25–30 hrs depending on mutual fit.

Flexible 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule on Mon, Wed, Fri, with room to adjust as family needs evolve. Responsibilities include organizing daily operations, coordinating calendars, meal prep, light errands, pet care for two Australian Shepherds, and discreet handling of confidential information.

Qualifications

• Background in household management, restaurant fine dining, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Household Organization & Maintenance: Maintain organization systems in closets, storage, pantry, and sports gear.
• Inventory & Errands: Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and other household supplies; coordinate grocery orders.
