Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation and comfort with large dogs
• Up-to-date vaccinations per CDC/AAP guidelines and willingness to train in family safety protocols
• Comfortable with medical-adjacent logistics and willingness to be trained

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage a shared family calendar; coordinate with work EA
• Manage medical appointments, reservations, and logistics
• Research/coordinate repairs and quotes
• Receipt and budget tracking
• Travel planning and logistics support
• Proficiency with household tech platforms (Nest, Google Suite)
• Serve as primary contact for vendors (landlord, dog walker, cleaners)
• Create and maintain household organization systems
• Daily resets and prep for cleaners
• Prepare and coordinate donations and FB Marketplace sales
• Indoor plant care
• Organizational projects (garage, mudroom, toys, gear)
• Restock pantry/fridge/household supplies
• Manage running household supply lists
• Manage subscriptions (Amazon/Costco/Target)
• Returns, dry cleaning, gift shopping
• Mail and package handling
• Breakdown boxes
• Afternoon school pickup coverage two days a week
• Collaborative support with teens on backpacks/clothing/snacks
• Prep meal ingredients/snacks; pack school lunches; grocery shopping
• Kitchen clean-up and maintenance
• Ironing/steaming; maintain tidy laundry areas
• Feeding the family dog; afternoon walks; vet/groomer transports
