Job summary

Sage Haus, LLC is seeking a warm, proactive House Manager and Family Assistant for a fast-paced San Francisco home. You will juggle hands-on household tasks with administrative coordination, support young children, and help manage a Napa property when needed.

The role requires reliability, discretion, and strong communication. The position is full-time, 30-40 hours weekly, Monday-Thursday 12–6, with some Friday half-days and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver’s license; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Dog-friendly household.
• Up-to-date vaccinations per AA.../CDC guidelines (including COVID-19 and influenza).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred; willingness to obtain.
• Active passport and willingness to travel with the family.
• Smoke-free and fragrance-free environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide family support and child assistance, including school pickups and backup childcare.
• Maintain household organization and perform light tidying and seasonal decor changes.
• Manage inventory, errands, and shopping; coordinate with housekeeper and vendors.
• Meal support: plan and prepare Mediterranean-style meals 3–4 times per week; batch prep.
• Laundry and linens management; ironing and coordination with dry cleaning.
• Deep cleaning and special projects; organize storage and run errands.
• Vendor and property oversight for cleaners, contractors, and landscapers.
• Estate-level oversight for Napa property; prep for hosting.
