You will deliver in-person, virtual, and hybrid training using approved curricula and adapts to diverse audiences while maintaining current policies and best practices. The role emphasizes classroom facilitation, LMS navigation, and collaboration with the Center for Education & Professional Excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support New Employee Orientation (NEO) by facilitating topics in the LMS.
• Deliver mandated and ongoing professional development for staff and community partners.
• Facilitate engaging in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
• Adapt training delivery to diverse audiences with varying learning styles.
• Maintain current knowledge of content, policies, and adult learning practices.
• Complete course documentation, rosters, and reporting accurately and on time.
• Assist LMS users and troubleshoot Microsoft applications as needed.
