Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Training Specialist for a part-time assignment in Braintree, MA, supporting a large enterprise system implementation. You will deliver instructor-led training, coach learners, and support post-go-live activities across MA and NY as needed.

Bring proven training delivery experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and familiarity with workforce or HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce or WorkForce Software. Hybrid onsite work available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering instructor-led training to adult learners.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and facilitate group sessions.
• Coaching learners and reinforcing new processes.
• Experience with workforce management or HRIS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions using project materials.
• Train employees on timekeeping in ADP Workforce or WorkForce Software.
• Demonstrate system workflows and best practices.
• Facilitate hands-on exercises and coaching.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Respond to learner questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Partner with National Grid employees to tailor content.
• Prepare materials and logistics for each session.
• Support post-go-live adoption and user coaching.
• Travel within assigned territory to deliver onsite training.
