Team Description

Our Customer Strategy & Operations (CSO) team sets and drives key initiatives across the company. We support product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams in three areas: corporate and business unit strategy, business planning and sales operations, and business systems and tools development.

Role Description

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented (OPT: Associate) Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will support sales processes and systems, helping improve efficiency and accuracy in our operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track KPIs
    • Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies
    • Analyze sales performance and provide insights for decision-making
  2. Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows
    • Partner with IT and Sales to implement efficiency enhancements
  3. Stakeholder Support:
    • Respond to ad hoc sales support requests with timely solutions
    • Collaborate to tailor reporting and share insights for global sales efforts
  4. System & Data Governance:
    • Ensure accurate data entry in Salesforce and related tools
    • Promote system adoption and data governance standards
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 1-2 years in sales operations, business analysis, or similar, preferably in SaaS
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with SaaS tools like Gong, ServiceNow
  • Experience with conversational AI tooling is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines accurately
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

Comments for Suppliers: Net new team members needed; avoid high-cost locations like San Francisco, Seattle, and New York. Must identify process gaps and articulate them clearly. Salesforce analytics and reporting experience required, with manual reporting via Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables). Conversational AI experience and CPQ knowledge are advantages.
