What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce and Kantata SX
- Lead user story refinement and grooming sessions to ensure clear and actionable requirements
- Translate business processes into system workflows and configurations
- Act as a subject matter expert for Kantata SX and Salesforce, optimizing their usage for project operations
- Support backlog management and agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years working with Salesforce and Kantata SX
- Strong understanding of Professional Services operations, including resource management and client implementation workflows
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and knowledge of Kantata SX project lifecycle functionality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical teams and business users
- Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and process mapping tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with enterprise tools such as NetSuite, Workday, or Zuora
- Familiarity with API integrations, basic SQL, or data validation for cross-system flows
- Background in SaaS or consulting organizations with complex service delivery models
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
