Job description

If you're fluent in NetSuite, skilled in navigating system integrations, and believe procurement and finance platforms should drive efficiency instead of confusion, this may be the role for you.

The Role

This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity working 30 hours per week (MondayThursday) on Pacific Time hours . The Business Systems Analyst will support Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams across a cloud-first ecosystem, including tools like NetSuite, Coupa, Agiloft, and Workato.

The ideal candidate can operate at both strategic and executional levels someone whos confident leading conversations with stakeholders and equally comfortable configuring systems behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT partner for the Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams
• Manage and enhance NetSuite, Coupa, and Agiloft systems
• Troubleshoot and support integrations (especially via Workato)
• Support compliance-related activities and system change monitoring
• Guide small to mid-size system projects and improvements
• Self-train as needed and adapt quickly to internal systems

What Theyre Looking For

• 5+ years supporting or implementing business systems
• 3+ years focused on procurement systems and Procure-to-Pay workflows
• Deep hands-on NetSuite experience (a top priority)
• Familiarity with Agiloft, Coupa, and Workato is highly desirable
• Experience in regulated industries such as biotech, life sciences, or adjacent sectors
• Understanding of SOX compliance
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously across functions
