Team Description

Our Customer Strategy & Operations (CSO) team sets and drives key business initiatives across the company. We support product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams in three critical areas: corporate and business unit strategy, business planning and sales operations, and business systems and tools development.

Role Description

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented (OPT: Associate) Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers a great opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will support sales processes and systems, helping drive efficiency and accuracy across our operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
    • Monitor data quality and integrity across systems; identify and resolve discrepancies.
    • Analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  2. Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve sales operations.
    • Partner with IT and Sales to implement efficiency-enhancing changes.
  3. Stakeholder Support:
    • Respond to ad hoc sales support requests with timely solutions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor reporting and share insights supporting local and global sales efforts.
  4. System & Data Governance:
    • Ensure consistent and accurate data entry across Salesforce and related tools.
    • Promote system adoption and adherence to data governance standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles, preferably within SaaS.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools like Gong, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Experience with conversational AI tooling is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.

Additional comments: Seeking to add 3 team members, avoiding high-cost locations such as San Francisco, Seattle, and New York. Candidates should be able to identify process gaps and articulate them clearly. Salesforce analytics/reporting experience is required, along with manual reporting skills via Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables). Experience with conversational AI tooling and CPQ is a plus.
