Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking a Production Solutions Consultant to become the expert on KMBS production print hardware and related solutions. You will assess customer workflows, design solutions, configure and develop systems, and create initial workflows and statements of work.

This role drives software solution and professional services revenue, acting as a solutions evangelist who communicates value to diverse user personas.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in production print solution consulting and/or sales.
• Ability to travel within market/territory.
• Willingness to attend training and obtain certifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to achieving production print and professional services revenue goals.
• Collaborates with sales teams to develop customer production print strategy.
• Pre-sales account opportunity assessment and expansion of professional services and software solutions.
• Demonstrates customer solution value through proofs of concept.
• Analyzes customer business requirements and processes to propose solutions.
• Develops customer solution recommendations and proposals.
• Coordinates with Implementation Team on resourcing and project plans.
• Maintains and manages sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Exceeds revenue targets within territory.
