Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a center operations supervisor in Kissimmee, FL. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees in the production areas, ensuring cross-training and high-quality donor care.

You will monitor training, review Quality Control Records, coordinate new employee orientation, participate in hiring, and motivate staff to meet performance goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and AED certification are required.
• Frequent glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs to ensure cross-training and annual re-certification.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in hiring.
• Manage the production area and motivate employees to meet performance goals while complying with quality standards.
• Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.
