Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Center Manager to oversee production areas in Kokomo, IN. You will lead staff, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate training and hiring activities to sustain high donor service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading teams in a healthcare or production setting.
• Ability to coordinate cross-training and re-certification.
• Knowledge of quality standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs and ensure cross-training and annual re-certification completion.
• Review Quality Control Records to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in hiring.
• Manage production area, motivate staff to meet performance goals and quality standards.
• Consult with management on escalated donor and employee concerns.
• Counsel hourly staff on operations, safety, and customer service improvements.
