Job summary

Amarr Company is seeking a Training Coordinator to lead classroom and on-floor training for new and existing team members. You will observe operations, identify training needs, update curriculum, and partner with leaders and HR to ensure readiness and certification across manufacturing areas.

You will conduct training sessions, deliver feedback, maintain records, and support continuous improvement with the Opex team. A strong communicator with coaching skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in Amarr manufacturing.
• Minimum of six months using Navigator in Amarr manufacturing applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate ability to train, teach, and coach others.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work in many different areas with high proficiency.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute training modules within the Training Cell.
• Offer coaching and feedback to help team members improve skills.
• Present information using role playing, simulations, team exercises, videos, or lectures.
• Assist in developing training procedures manuals, guides, or course materials.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Supervision on workforce readiness and placement.
• Coordinate with production management regarding placement of new team members.
• Maintain certification in several manufacturing and support areas; remain flexible to work there as needed.
• Support Opex projects and contribute to continuous improvement within training and manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrate exemplary attendance and policy adherence.
• Learn support roles and develop leadership skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; perform general housekeeping.
• Assume other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records.
