Consolidated Precision Products Corp. seeks a Training Coordinator/Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute the employee training program across two Albany, Oregon CPP Titanium facilities.

You will manage training engagement, maintain records, and partner with leadership and SMEs to support workforce competency and compliance. The role focuses on onboarding, records, evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen training outcomes and continuous improvement in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1 to 3 years in a training, HR, or administrative coordination role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LMS/QMS experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service approach.
• Excellent multi-tasking, time-management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding support: track onboarding schedules and training progress for new hires.
• Records administration: maintain training records, milestones, and compliance in HRIS/quality systems.
• Needs assessment: distribute surveys, collect feedback, measure training effectiveness against KPIs.
• Teamwork: collaborate with Operations, Quality, Product & Process Engineering, HR and EHS.
• Continuous improvement: inform leadership and coach teams toward process improvements.
