Job summary

Divergent seeks a driven Training Specialist to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes focused on AM and auxiliary equipment. You will partner with Operations, Safety, and Quality to develop and maintain training content, ensure compliance, and conduct on-the-floor coaching to improve competency and performance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, reduce variation, and support staffing models in a fast-paced aerospace and automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and change management.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation (drawings, work instructions, equipment specs).
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine process instructions and ensure clear communication and training.
• Conduct audits and inspections to support continuous improvement and robust programs.
• Drive quality aligning with AS9100D guidelines and foster a quality-first culture.
