Amcor is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and sustain internal training programs and systems. You will administer the Learning Management System, facilitate train‑the‑trainer sessions, and document training processes and the skills matrix.

You will partner with plant leaders to create robust training plans for hourly colleagues, manage training records, and support continuous improvement initiatives while growing the Amcor team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in Training or similar role.
• Hands-on experience documenting and facilitating a training manual.

Mansioni

• Promote and assure safe work habits and improve safety procedures and goals.
• Develop robust individual training plans for hourly colleagues with department leaders.
• Document training processes and maintain the skills matrix; administer LMS records.
• Lead the trainer program and CI initiatives; support high‑performance teams.
