• Directs the activities of the Machine Support group and maintains production schedules.
• Recruit, interview and hire Process Engineers, Industrial Techs, WAVE Techs, and Machine Support Techs.
• Coach machine support department staff and monitor turnover; implement improvements.
• Establish clear goals and supervise performance evaluations, focusing on operational metrics.
• Coordinate with WCM, BUM, and peers to drive continuous improvement and customer service.
