The role emphasizes staff development, performance management, and hands-on leadership of technical teams, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing to drive reliable, safe line operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3+ years in maintenance management.
• Hands-on SMT and thru-hole equipment knowledge.
• Experience with SPC, DOE, DFx, DFM and line balancing.
• Knowledge across chemistry, mechanical, electrical, and industrial fields as applied to surface mount and final assembly.

Responsabilités

• Directs the Machine Support group to maintain production schedules and quality.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance, line moves, and equipment upgrades.
• Develop department reports and performance metrics.
• Coach and develop staff; participate in recruitment and retention activities.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
