Job summary

You will assist the Manufacturing Supervisor, monitor hourly status, highlight issues like high fallout, and coach operators to improve throughput and efficiency while ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information to groups of managers and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a PC and Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a group of production operators to meet goals for quality, schedule, yield and productivity.
• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in line management and drive operator utilization and efficiency.
• Highlight high fallout to supervisor and respond promptly.
• Achieve daily standards set by supervisor.
• Identify and develop operators for better throughput and quality.
• Guide operators in required skills and ensure proper equipment use.
• Monitor hourly production status and CIQ system implementation.
• Serve as communication link between operators and management.
