Job summary

You will collaborate with management to align standards with business goals and drive efficiency across the line.

You will coordinate production with procurement, maintenance, and quality control, review performance data, and implement actions to reduce defects and waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years experience in production/quality control environments.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and cost factors.

Responsibilities

• Establish production and quality standards with management.
• Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance and QC.
• Review reports to identify causes of nonconformity and optimize throughput.
• Monitor SPC and production metrics; drive continuous improvement.
