Jabil is seeking an experienced production supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing processes at our facility in South Carolina. You will help establish production priorities, monitor metrics, and ensure adherence to quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Global and regional logistics knowledge.
• Ability to determine logistics requirements and devise strategy to meet company goals.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities for business analytics.
• Understanding of international taxes and global customs regimes.
• Proven change management and productivity/cost-reduction experience.
• Strong communication skills in cross-functional settings.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Confer with management to establish production and quality control standards and gather data on orders.
• Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize resources.
• Review production and maintenance reports to identify nonconformities and resolve issues.
• Minimize scrap and monitor MRO usage; ensure clean workstations and proper stocking of supplies.
• Monitor production metrics and compile monthly report cards; drive defect reduction.
• Ensure policy compliance and proper execution of procedures across shifts.
• Monitor SPC system and store production data for traceability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
