Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred with 3 years in maintenance management.
• Hands-on knowledge of SMT and thru-hole equipment and process optimization.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control and Design for Manufacturability.
• Knowledge across chemistry, mechanical, electrical, and industrial disciplines in SMT/final assembly.

Responsibilities

• Directs the machine support group and maintains production schedules.
• Oversees maintenance programs, parts, and preventive maintenance.
• Plans line moves and equipment updates with vendors.
• Drives continuous improvement and safety compliance.
