You will operate hand tools, read measurements, train peers, and participate in process improvements while maintaining product flow and working with urgency. This full-time position offers benefits and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read tape measures and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Ability to bend, lift at least 50 pounds, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Follow defined clean-up times and work safely according to policies.
• Maintain flow of materials and support a two-way communication with supervision.
