Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 2 to perform windows and doors assembly while prioritizing safety and quality. You will help maintain material flow, meet production rates, and contribute to waste reduction and on-time delivery to customers.

Responsibilities include using hand tools, reading tapes/measures, and supporting a collaborative environment with a sense of urgency. Prior experience and strong safety awareness are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Ability to read basic words, numbers, and visual cues.
• Operate power tools safely and follow PPE requirements.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols.
• Understand measurement standards and tolerances.
• Follow Standard Work instructions and reference docs.
• Know product defects related to workstation quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support employee engagement activities and team collaboration.
• Adhere to cleanup times and safe work practices.
• Work at a defined rate per customer demand and operations.
• Contribute to improving standard work for quality windows for customers.
• Identify issues and communicate root causes to supervisors.
• Assist with training co-workers and maintain a respectful workplace.
• Perform other duties across the plant as directed.
