Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Lexington, NC is seeking a Production Associate 2 to perform windows and doors assembly while prioritizing safety and quality. You will help maintain flow, meet customer demand, and participate in improving standard work to enhance product quality and reduce waste.

The role requires the ability to read a tape measure and interpret measurements, operate power tools, adhere to PPE guidelines, and work extended hours as needed. Training and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Able to read and recognize words/numbers; basic math including fractions/decimals.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support employee engagement activities and adhere to safety practices.
• Follow defined cleanup times and maintain standard work.
• Identify problems and communicate issues; participate in root-cause analysis as needed.
• Cross-train across departments and assist with training coworkers.
