Qualifications

• Ability to read tape measures and fractions/decimals.
• Ability to read basic words and numbers.
• Operate power tools with PPE.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols.
• Understand measurement standards and tolerances.
• Follow Standard Work and direction from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Follow defined clean-up times and safety policies.
• Work to established rate by customer demand and standards.
• Help define and improve standard work for quality windows.
