Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Read basic word and number recognition; visual cues.
• Operate power tools with PPE awareness.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols.
• Follow standard work and instructions; reference SWIs.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble products.
• Support and participate in Employee Engagement activities.
• Maintain clean-up times and safe work practices.
• Work to established rates per customer demand.
• Help define and improve standard work for quality windows.
