You will read measurements, use hand and power tools, train teammates, monitor quality, and maintain accurate records while supporting cross-trained positions as needed.

Qualifications

• Read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Read basic word/number cues and follow instructions.
• Operate power tools safely and use PPE correctly.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols.
• Learn and apply standard work instructions.
• Display teamwork, communication and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Follow defined, safe clean-up times and rate expectations.
• Support training of co-workers and participate in engagement activities.
• Identify issues, communicate problems and monitor quality.
• Cross-train across departments as needed and maintain records.
