Baxter in the United States is hiring a Production Technician I, Pouch, to join our fast-paced filling and pump room. You will operate and maintain equipment, load supplies, perform cleaning and setup, and document processes to ensure quality and on-time production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to perform basic mathematics and use a calculator.
• Familiar with reading and understanding work instructions and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate Filling Machines, Centrifugal/Pneumatic Pumps, and related equipment.
• Load/replenish production supplies to meet production needs.
• Clean and set up filters for production and sanitization; document testing.
• Perform scheduled cleaning and complete manufacturing logs and batch changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following 6S, GMP and SOPs.
