Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is hiring a SR Production Technician, Pouch, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, operate robotic pendants, and ensure quality product output while supporting continuous improvement and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a Production Technician role or above.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in basic English.
• Must have basic math and computer skills.
• PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) Operator Certification preferred.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance activities and diagnostics on production equipment.
• Use robotic pendants to home and reset robots as needed.
• Identify and correct inefficiencies in machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain clean and lubricated equipment and support TPM practices.
• Document information in manufacturing logs and Maximo; initiate work orders.
