Baxter in Marion, NC is seeking a Production Technician I, Fill/Pouch to help manufacture life-saving therapies. You will operate and monitor filling equipment, perform quality checks, and document results in manufacturing logs, while following cGMP and safety standards.

This salaried non-exempt role offers pay, training, and opportunities to contribute to patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment with 6S and teamwork.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic English written and oral communication.
• Able to perform basic mathematics.
• Able to read safety and work instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and adjust filling equipment per production needs.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Set up and replenish production supplies using PIT.
• Escalate issues and ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain clean and safe work area following 6S.
