Job summary

Baxter is hiring a Production Technician I, Fill, to support our around-the-clock manufacturing. You will operate and adjust filling equipment, perform quality checks, and document production data in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.

Training is provided and teamwork is emphasized across shifts to meet customer needs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic English, and the ability to work with measurements, standard tools, and PIT equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain filling equipment, monitor processes and adjust as needed.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Read blueprints and measurements to ensure dimensions meet specifications.
• Complete batch/code changes and log production information.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow cGMP and 6S practices.
