Job summary

Baxter is seeking a SR Production Technician, Pouch, to perform routine and preventive maintenance in a fast-paced cleanroom environment. You will work with robotics, document activities, and help ensure compliance with cGMP and quality standards.

Responsibilities include maintenance, diagnostics, and supporting TPM initiatives while collaborating with a skilled team to meet production goals and safety norms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2 or more years of experience in a Production Technician role or above.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have basic English communication skills.
• Understand safety and quality instructions, read and comprehend work instructions.
• Must be able to perform basic mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance activities and predictive diagnostics.
• Use Robotic Pendants to home and reset Robots as needed.
• Identify and correct inefficiencies in machine performance.
• Document information on manufacturing logs and initiate work orders in Maximo.
• Notify supervisor of safety, quality, or major mechanical issues.
• Support TPM and lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
