Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Production Technician I on the Kiefel line to operate, monitor, and maintain the machine, while performing quality checks and ensuring timely production. The role includes loading supplies, documenting operations, and following cGMP/SOPs in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of Production Technician or manufacturing experience.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to understand safety and quality instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.
• Proficient with calculators, calipers, snap gauges, rulers and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust a Kiefel machine.
• Load production supplies at required rate.
• Perform quality checks and stop production if needed.
• Inspect finished product for quality standards.
• Load and secure finished product in mobile closets.
• Changeover machine when assigned.
• Document information on manufacturing logs or POMS.
• Identify, correct or escalate issues.
• Test, inspect and package IPSO documents.
• Notify supervisor of safety or quality issues.
• Follow cGMP and SOPs; maintain 6S workplace.
