Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Production Technician I, Fill/Pouch, to support its mission of delivering life-saving therapies. The role involves operating and monitoring filling equipment, performing quality checks, and documenting results within a fast-paced cleanroom environment.

You will handle batch changes, packaging processes, and basic repairs, while following cGMP and SOPs and maintaining 6S standards on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills required to communicate with team members.
• Proficient in basic mathematics and computer usage.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust filling equipment and machines (manual & automated) as needed.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and disposition products; stop production if deviations occur.
• Document manufacturing logs and use POMS system for data entry.
• Load, replenish supplies with PIT and maintain production pace.
• Execute batch/code changes and changes to tanks and sub-lots as required.
• Identify mechanical or setup issues and escalate to supervisor as needed.
• Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
