Baxter is seeking a Production Technician I (Kiefel) to operate and maintain a Kiefel machine, inspect bags, and ensure quality. You will load supplies, perform quality checks, and document manufacturing data while upholding cGMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of Production Technician or manufacturing experience featuring maintenance and machine troubleshooting.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills for teamwork.
• Ability to read and understand safety and quality instructions and work instructions.
• Basic mathematics proficiency.
• Ability to use a calculator and measurement tools (calipers, snap gauges, rulers) and basic hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Operate, monitor, and adjust a Kiefel machine via electrical panel or manual tweaks.
• Load and replenish production supplies to match production needs.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and disposition product.
• Inspect finished product to ensure quality standards.
• Document information on manufacturing logs or systems.
• Conduct machine changeovers for material changes as assigned.
• Identify and address inefficiencies in machine performance.
• Test, inspect, and package Inter-Plant Shipping Orders.
• Notify supervisor of safety, quality, or mechanical issues and take action.
• Maintain 6S housekeeping and safe work area; follow SOPs and cGMP.
