Baxter is hiring a Production Technician I for our Marion, NC facility. You will operate and maintain a Kiefel machine, perform quality checks, and ensure production meets quality standards. This salaried non-exempt role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of Production Technician or manufacturing experience.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills.
• Understand verbal and written safety and quality instructions and read work instructions.
• Basic mathematics and ability to use a calculator.
• Proficient in using measurement tools and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust a Kiefel machine via HMI or manual controls.
• Load and replenish production supplies as needed.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and disposition product.
• Inspect finished product against quality standards.
• Document information on manufacturing logs.
• Identify inefficiencies and escalate issues as needed.
• Test, inspect and package IPSO orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following 6S.
