Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes.
• Manages team toward production and quality goals.
• Ensures resources to maintain production schedules.
• Supports continuous improvement for safety, quality, cost and service.
• Builds an engaged, team-oriented workforce to improve results.
• Team Leaders work on their feet ~80% of the shift.
