Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year as a shift lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc. OR Associates Degree.
• Proven leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communication skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes.
• Manages team members in attaining production and quality goals.
• Ensures resources are available to maintain production schedules.
• Supports continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, cost, and customer service goals.
• Creates and maintains an engaged team to improve business results.
• Team Leaders are usually on their feet about 80% of the shift.
