Grundfos is seeking a Production Team Lead in Brookshire, Texas to lead a manufacturing team, drive safety, quality and output targets, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will coach operators, plan shifts, allocate resources, and collaborate with maintenance, quality and supply chain to minimize downtime.

You should bring 3+ years of production leadership experience, knowledge of Lean, 5S, and root cause analysis, plus familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience leading a production team.
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop teams of 10+ operators.
Strong knowledge of Lean, 5S and continuous improvement.
Proficient in root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a production team to meet daily output, quality, and safety targets.
Plan and coordinate shift schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation to optimize production flow.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Monitor KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions in real time.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across production activities.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
