Job summary

Grundfos in Brookshire, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead 20+ employees across receiving, cleaning, and warehouse operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe material flow to production. You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally with planning, production, quality, shipping, and engineering.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehousing with 2+ in supervision, deep SAP WM expertise, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse/stockroom experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• High knowledge of SAP WM in receiving and warehouse environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with strong inventory math skills
• Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, or other materials handling equipment and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, develop, and direct 20+ employees across receiving, clean and prep, and warehouse areas—hiring, scheduling, performance management, and training
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt, put-away, kitting, and delivery of materials to production using SAP WM, monitor COGI, dashboards, and daily KPIs
• Lead warehouse daily action meetings and collaborate cross-functionally with planning, production, quality, shipping, and engineering to resolve issues and meet targets
• Adhere to the cycle count program, investigate inventory discrepancies with root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, support annual stock take
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies—daily environmental checks, equipment maintenance, certifications, incidents investigation, and safety goals communication
• Identify and implement cost reduction measures and process improvements across warehouse activities in support of Grundfos Ignite '27 strategy
