Job summary

Grundfos in Brookshire, Texas, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead 20+ employees across receiving, clean and prep, and warehouse operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe material flow to production.

You will drive continuous improvement via KPI monitoring, cross-functional collaboration, and cycle-count practices, while maintaining strict safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with minimum 5 years of warehouse/stockroom experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with strong basic math skills for inventory management.
• High working knowledge of SAP WM in receiving and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, develop, and direct 20+ employees across receiving, clean and prep, and warehouse areas.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt, put-away, kitting, and delivery of materials to production using SAP WM; monitor KPIs.
• Lead daily warehouse action meetings and collaborate cross-functionally with planning, production, quality, shipping, and engineering teams to resolve issues and meet targets.
• Adhere to the cycle count program, investigate inventory discrepancies with root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support annual stock take activities.
• Ensure compliance with all EHS policies and communicate safety goals to the team.
